Costumes- the clothes that the actor wear in this trailer shows what target audience they are aiming to show this film to. The clothes mostly represent teenagers by the hoodies and tracksuites that they wear thus showing this film is aimed at teenagers. an example of this is there is a clip in the trailer where a group of teenagers and standing together with thier hoods up and looking down, this automatically has a connotation of the realistic view on teenagers and how thier clothes can have an negative impact on them.

Lighting- the lighting in this trailer varies depending on who the characters are with and where they are, for example when they are outside during the day its light, however when they are in a crowed and holding guns the lighting becomes very dark and dim, which indicates something bad will ocurre. Although throughout the whole of the trailer the lighting is very dark which shows and dipics a sudden darkness growing within our societies today.

Actors- the actors that are shown in this trailer are mostly teenagers, which automatically shows who the film is aimed at, by having teenagers within a film its target audience will be teenagers. The actors proformed very well in this trailer and protrayed an image of how our youths are like in todays socities and the struggles they face to make they ambitions come true.

Make up- there wasn't much make up used in this fim because not much voilence occured where people got really injured, apart from the use of guns not much make up was used for the actors to show any pain or injuries.

Props- the props that were mostly used in this trailer was a glass bottles which showed the character throwing it and shashing it on the groud. This indicates that there weren't much voilence in this trailer using guns, but it only shows a charaters journey to becoming a rapper.

Sound Effect- the sound effect that was used in this trailer was phenomenal because of all the beats and sound overlap that was used created an atmosphere for the audience and set the mood for the film. It mostly reflected on the character because a lot of rapping was used, the music went very well with it and keeps the audience watching.

Camera shots/ Editing- the camera shots that were used in this trailer were mostly close ups, this was used to show the characters facial expressions and in some parts of the trailer it would show a frozen frame to create more tension for the audience. The use of editing and camera angles gave it a dramatic effect, in particular the reversing bottle shot which added the genuine and creativity of the trailer.

Length of trailer- the length of this trailer is 2:06 which is actully short compared to other film trailers, although it does capture the audiences attention and keep them interested. This might be because if the trailer is really long people will lose interest but keeping it short and showing important parts makes the audience feel in suspence and want to watch more.

Language- the language used in this trailer is mostly West London ghetto slange, and becuase of all the rapping some words are hard to understand and this dipics an image of how teenagers might talk nowadays and this helps create a story for the audience to enjoy more of.

Representation- the representation of this trailer A Rapper's Ambition shows the struggles of teenagers in the UK and how many peoples talents can lead no where if people aren't determind to succeed in life. this trailer represents alot of issues that are facing people in the music industry and how hard the competition is, if someone is not financially stable.

Institutional Value- this trailer educates and inspires people to not give up in life, if someone has a talet then they should try their best in making something of it. if people are detemind in life them thier ambitions can take them very far places and they can succeed in life and for this story of this one character he inspires others that success can come in the music industry with hardwork.

Evaluation of trailer- In my opinion i think that this trailer is the best trailer created from all the trailers i've seen, because firsly it shows different sides of life through one characters stuggles. It educates people and motivates them to do something they feel they are good at. And finally it teaches the audience the with a bit of hard work in like something can be achieved in life. All these factors combined to together create a fantastic, hard hitting trailer which epitomizes the hardship young people face.

Well done to the directors of this trailer!!!!
